Yoga & Movement

Yoga is a mind & body practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation or relaxation.  Yoga is now being offered to nutrition clients that come with an anxious mind to help clients improve negative body image and to use inner resources to create calm in their lives.  

All bodies and abilities are welcome in this safe arena. Through meditation techniques, movement, props, and breathwork, we will work towards rebuilding your relationship with food and self and body. Props are available to make poses and postures accessible to all!

Yoga offerings

  • 45 minute private session with Meredith- $65 single session (Yoga Therapy)
  • Class setting- yoga classes offered at CrossFit Surmount with Heather Cassesse- Sundays & Wednesdays

Movement Offerings

We have partnered with CrossFit Surmount to bring more movement options to those wanting a bit more of a challenge! These are personal training sessions geared to programming and working on developing an increase in self-esteem and self-confidence.  You will work with a coach to learn to move effectively and working on empowering self through the use of weights and body weight movement.
